I.E. if the two players want to play a league in Blitz format they can etc I think the two games daily format is perfect but don't see a problem with specific games being played under blitz, 60 minute sessions or whatever if both players agree to it. Don't see how it gives anyone an advantage if both players agree. I would probably stick with the dailies myself unless I'm on a sesh and get gallus. 1 minute ago, Frank Grimes said: ALSO: New players! I'll be avoiding blitz though, tried it for the first time today and have been getting ragdolled all over the place.

Thanks for setting this up @Frank Grimes, it has been amazing! In all seriousness, the nature of the 1 day per move really got to me and I became obsessive-like just staring at boards for what felt like hours trying to figure out a plan so I'm in need of a break and just happy with the mindless, thoughtless chaos of blitz! All the best for next season lads! Shitehawk.

madwullie
I like the set up. If a game is done early it can be a bit wearing waiting for the next fixtures. In saying that I could always play friendlies / randoms

johnnydun
@Frank Grimes, have you decided how you are going to bring these players in or just push up from the League C with a few dropping out? I am quite happy with the 2 games a week, daily move format, it means I can do it at my leisure and everyone pretty much finished on time. If folk want more quicker games, they can play friendlies.
