I think a bishop/knight pairing of mine helped tie things down for a while and then an exchange of mid-range pieces helped me keep pressure on Strachanovski's king. Well played. Dearyme beats AH13STU I'm not sure I'd have called it a spanking. In spite of me 'missing a win' according to chess.com which was actually winning a piece. It was about here where I felt I had the initiative and a decent advantage. After blocking in your light squared bishop. I pondered advancing my kingside pawns as far as it gives my king very little protection and could have left me open to a perpetual check later on. Blocking in the Bishop was worth the risk.
