So the awards were handed out last night

MVP - Aaron Rodgers
DPOY - Aaron Donald
OPOY - Derrick Henry
DROY - Chase Young
OROY - Justin Herbert
Coach - Kevin Stefanski
Comeback - Alex Smith
Man of the year - Russell Wilson

Waiting on Paddy to pay out on my preseason bet on Donald for DPOY... hopefully before kick off tonight so I can lose it all on shite like Gatorade colours and Romo saying "I dont know, Jim..."

Fair excited for tonight lads. Wife is taking the wee man to her mums so I can get a couple of hours sleep this afternoon. Food is in, bets are on the verge of being placed and the soft drinks are chilling in the fridge. I fucking love the NFL

What would be your top 5 sporting days/weeks/weekends of the year, one per sport?

Wildcard Weekend
Cheltenham
The Open
Wimbledon
Scottish Cup final/Play off final

ETA: maybe the MLB playoffs instead of the tennis.

Ryder Cup weekend has to be involved.

Finished nightshift at 7am this morning and got a few hours of kip in so I can last the pace tonight. I’ve got a few beers chilling (I did try and buy some non alcoholic ones en route home this morning but they don’t sell them before 10am!) and thoroughly looking forward to my first Super Bowl.

I think I want the Buccaneers to win but I’ve no idea why. Maybe it’s because I know who Bruce Arians is and I quite liked him on All or Nothing.

Whats everyone taking at the bookies tonight? Kelce and Evans both to score a TD at 3/1 is taking my fancy for my mug bet. Reluctant to bet on either team to win.

Sky bets price boost off Brady to get a TD in the first quarter at 2/1.🤔

This. Its hard not to like Arians after watching All or Nothing but thats quickly offset by Tom Brady

So, it has to be Mahomes

Paddy Power had a boost on Hill to score a TD to 6/4 so took that

Did some of their request a bet or bet builders too

Mahomes 2+ passing TDs in each half at 9/2

Brady to throw 3+ interceptions at 9/1

Kelce and Brate to score TDs at 4.23/1

Gronk to score a TD, Jones over 37.5 rushing yards, Miller over 19.5 receiving yards at 8.79/1

One person out of 50 voted for Rothelisberger ahead of Smith in the comeback 😬

God I hate years where the SB is two teams I couldn't give a shiny shite about, it just isn't the same at all. Can't get excited for this whatsoever, to the point whereby I doubt I'll actually bother watching it.

The only super bowl I would consider not watching would be the Patriots vs Cowboys

Last one I didn't watch was 2013 for reasons similar to this. I didn't watch any of the 2008-2010 SB's either. I just can't get interested in a game played between two teams I couldn't care less about. At least if there's one team you either like or dislike it gives the game an edge, whereas I honestly don't care who wins this. I have no desire to see TB lift the Lombardi again, but conversely, there isn't a single cell in my body that would ever cheer for a KC win.

Fucking refs jobbing Cleveland in the Divisionals and the Bills shitting the bed in KC
