I was looking to see whether Hickey was fit again , and playing.

Yes , and on bench

Bologna won 2 - 0 , with one of the goals being scored by a W. McKennie.

I had to check his nationality as it is not the most Italian , if not European , of names. He is from the USA but did not see if he has played for them , how many times , U - 21 s etc , can his mind be changed ?

He doesn't really get a game, might be loaned back to Serie B or something.

Josh Doig being linked to AC Milan though, that would be a cracking move for him. Also Watford which would also be a good move. As long as he doesn't go to the Old Firm, get to a top league and make it there ASAP.

He played 127 minutes in Serie B this season, so I can't see him getting much of a sniff at the level above. At 22 it seems unlikely he's going to make much of a breakthrough, though of course you can never rule out a late bloomer.

1 )  Boo

2 )   Josh is another left full back. We               need Nathan to impress A.C. Milan when he comes on this evening

A bit like Tierney he can also play left sided centre half. Fingers crossed that becomes his final position. It really would beggar belief if we ended up with 4 top left backs (Robbo, Tierney, Hickey, Doig).
