With McLennan struggling to get back to fitness and Hedges out there was no real option but to play him. They have invested a lot in the surface and drainage, it would take a torrential downpour to put it off. The groundsman actually waters the park when it’s raining, I have been informed the type of surface requires a lot of water. Hate to dampen your day (pardon the Pun) but!
