Two terrible teams with even worse managers. Can we just agree to a 0-0 and be done with it?

Well done on your forthcoming 3 points Ayr.

Probably 7-8 or some bonkers score.

Dundee are the only team Ayr can actually beat except Alloa. All they need to do is just studiously ignore the obviously-telegraphed channel runs and forlorn punts into the box and job's a good'un.

Pretty sure we beat Queen of the South as well.

Easy home win. Ayr to play the same way we have all season with 0 tactical changes from Kerr, followed by an aftermatch interview of Kerr saying it's a tight league and we just need a few wins to get us to the promotion playoff (which isn't going to happen)

We have 6 goals in 5 games with 4 being against a poor Alloa side and we now have lost our new striker to injury. I think you’ll be fine.

Sinisalo

Miller
Muirhead
Baird
Reading

Murdoch
Ndaba
Chalmers

McCowan
McKenzie
Walsh

Kerr will never change it up as much as this but I think we need a destroyer type in midfield to give the back 4 more protection and imo Ndaba is ideal for that role. He’s physical enough and also good enough on the ball to fit into midfield. Having him there should allow Chalmers more freedom to get forward and also helps Murdoch out a bit who’s been out of sorts recently I’ve thought.

As for McKenzie I think we’re now at the stage of throwing him in and hoping he can score a few goals. He can hold the ball up well enough but whether he’s able to link up with McCowan and Walsh is enough question. Maybe harsh on Smith but we can’t afford the luxury of 3 attacking midfielders right now.

So who is going to put who out of their managerial misery?  I’d say whoever loses on Tuesday night is getting sacked in the morning.  So 1-1 draw it is.

You're being very, very generous to assume McPake is even close to the chopping block.

Really?  Wow.  I think Dundee and Ayr are kind of in the same boat in that if we were going to bin our managers, it should have been done earlier in the season.  We’re kind of stuck now.

Kerr isn't getting sacked for losing away to Dundee. We are so predictable that if McPake can't devise a game plan to beat us then he really doesn't deserve to be in his position

I dont know if I will bother buying a stream for this. The first one I'll have missed other than Hearts away (robbing barstewards).

If we get pumped 4-0 he might since they're as bad as us.

This is really a relegation 6 pointer, win we go level with Dundee, lose, we drop 6 points behind top 4 and could be cut adrift over 8th/9th.

Houston Baird Muirhead Ndaba
