As far as I'm aware, yes. If they didn't, it'd mean there's situations where the ref is potentially putting players at risk. Technically it’s longer, because it’s evening-evening rather than evening-afternoon. But I think a lot of people make the same mistake, to be fair. It’s like English teams playing a league game on the Monday then a Europa League game on the Thursday. It seems too close. That part of the pitch wasn't deemed an issue by the ref as confirmed by the journalist attending the game. It's also been mentioned that that video makes the pitch look worse than it actually is and it's a section in the middle that led to the ref calling it off.
