Both teams will feel they've left points on the field, what's worrying is its the poorest Allen has played in a while, the miss on the deep throw to Diggs when he was wide open was proper 2018 Josh. Tucker could easily have missed 3 from 3 if that kick was 5 yards further back, and both teams have had a sub 25 yard punt kicking into the wind. Also Bills have been pretty good at the double dip when driving late into the second quarter and having the first possession 3rd quarter but fucked that one up by giving the Ravens enough time to get down the field.
