Nearly 2 weeks out to plan it, and do what Bonnyrigg & Bo'ness did for their Cup game and have at least a couple of venues allocated as potential locations.

stevoraith 469 Report post Posted January 6 Just imagine: Our home game on a pitch relatively unlikely to be affected by cold conditions is postponed to allow us to play a cup game away at Stirling. The pitch at Stirling is still unplayable. We could have played our scheduled league game but instead we have no game. That would be wonderful.
TxRover 836 Report post Posted January 7 7 hours ago, harry94 said: Would it definitely be our game postponed? If Saturday goes off, there are theoretically 3 more midweeks and 2 more weekends before the 3rd round, no replay to think about this year either. Yes, news release from Albion confirming the 12th is the first alternate. https://www.stirlingalbionfc.co.uk/next-game-raith-rovers-home/

WSDR 88 464 Report post Posted January 8 This will be postponed... Scottish Cup game been moved to Tuesday now. ETA - Seems like the Scottish Cup hasn’t officially been moved yet. But I expect it will be.
spot on 31 Report post Posted January 8 I just see us getting a double whammy with the Dundee game now cancelled the Stirling game on Tuesday night will probably get postponed on Tuesday afternoon meaning that we could have played Dundee at night but will end up with another game less week .

Bit of a shambles re-organising a cup game that has a very good chance of being postponed further on a date that already has a league game. Helpful for us though since we have a player out with Covid.

But, also a nice chance for Kennedy to get integrated into the attacking options...maybe a push or slight advantage for us. https://www.rangers.co.uk/article/kai-kennedy-signs-new-contract-extension/2BqEqVKJTgpjkP7lYyJ9NW
