Unreal that Rovers team took it to within the last 3 games of the season. Team of absolute jobbers. Mark Ferry ffs.

Allan Walker crashing a 25 yard shot in off the bar against Dundee for fucksakes. Think he ended up just shy of double figures that season.

A team far better than the sum of its mostly mediocre parts.

We will be underdogs on Saturday but hopeful that after last night the McGlynn will have sorted them out and have us prepared. If we get both or either MacDonald back that would be a huge help defensively. Midfield has to be night and day from last nights performance or we will get humped.

No problem here with Pars TV being the only way to follow the game. Streaming revenue is all clubs have at the moment so would make no sense to offer Rovers fans a free option of audio commentary. In the exact same way it would be daft for us to allow Pars TV to provide free audio commentary from a game at Stark’s. Will pay the Pars my money to see the game as I would if fans were allowed, with the only regret that there won’t be pre-match pints in the Elizabethan.

Rovers fans three weeks ago - ‘don’t moan about the extra couple quid. When we play at East End we will happily pay the extra if you put the price up.

Rovers fans three weeks later - ‘why aren’t we getting free commentary this is a disgrace’.

Not unexpected after the ol’ ‘we will pay you for every fan over 2000’ stunt. Do you lot have no shame when it comes to financial matters?

That 30% sell-on fee for Nisbet was an incredible piece of business. Why didn’t Raith do that?

Called it quits with the release fee and all that comes with it as they owed us money from that Scottish Cup game; the one where they burnt their own pitch and also got knocked out the following round (therefore didn’t win anything substantial)

I was worried for a bit as things were being far too civil, but the last few posts have brought things back on track.

John Hughes is a better manager than John McGlynn.

And McGlynn is a better manager than Crawford.
