Blue & White Hoops -vs- Red & Blue Stripes

Recommended Posts

Without McGregor or Keatings we've gone pretty direct tonight, using that ball in to Sutherland and then trying to pick up from knock downs, but it has worked well and we've had some decent pressure. Both the disallowed goal and the sending off looked on the soft side though.

Morton  TV set-up is light years ahead of ICT's - cameras that have a zoom function, replays and a commentator and summariser who know the game. It's revelatory.

We have to get another midfielder on. And to be honest the Blues Omar combo was never going to work anyway.

Oliver will not handle the loan striker role, so may as well get Orsi on now.

Best we can hope for now is the draw

Just now, alternative maryhill said:

Andy Ritchie calling it there. We absolutely asked for that - have looked like we can't be arsed this half.

Just came on to say exactly that. Caley have been trying to just coast through this half.

Nicely worked goal that after nicking the ball in midfield.

Todorov winner incoming?

No doubt, we make him look like a reconstructed Jan Koller every single time we play against them.

No doubt he's a total carthorse but we'd be seven points up per season just for signing him.

Can't knock taking a point having been 2-1 down with 10 men, you'd have had no idea ICT had a man advantage watching the second half.

That's five without a win now though. The way tonight played out it's a good point, but we need to be winning on Saturday.

Todorov does fucking nothing in any game he appears in, apart from very occasionally sticking the ball in the net. Any ball played into him seems to come off him at a faster speed than it arrived at. His cameo today was fairly typical of any of his performances for us.

Bullet dodged for us after that stinking lineup and the red card. If we can get three points against Arbroath on Saturday then it'll be a good few days' work. Not even remotely confident of that given the quality in our team, but they've certainly got a great battling attitude to give themselves a decent chance most weeks.

That's a stinking result for Inverness IMO, you have to put that game to bed when 2-1 up against ten men for an hour.

You could tell after 10 mins of the second half ICT needed to freshen up. Dorran offered very little, Vincent disappeared. Three early subs could have changed that. We’d lost our dig. Really frustrating.

Have to be happy with the draw after losing a man in the 1st half.

2nd half we didn't look like we were a man down and that's down to every player working hard.

Commitment from the players was superb.

My Man of the Match was big McGinty. Big Andy seemed to think he should have done better with the ICT goal but I thought it was McAdams who should have dealt with it if he's coming out that far.
