HibeeJibee
Huntly P-P Cumbernauld. Now on Wednesday, cancelling Cumbernauld v EK. new friendly - Kinnoull v Blairgowrie - Monday 28th December Edited December 26, 2020 by HibeeJibee
HibeeJibee
Scottish Cup (3pm) – Berwick 0-3 Stirling Albion, Bonnyrigg P-P Bo’ness, Brechin 2-3 Linlithgow, Camelon A-A Brora (0-0 at HT), Cowdenbeath 2-0 Wick, Edinburgh City 3-1 Caledonian Braves, Elgin 4-0 Civil SS, Gala 1-2 Annan, Haddington 1-2 Formartine, Huntly P-P Cumbernauld, Keith 4-2 Hill of Beath (aet - FT 2-2), Kelty 2-1 Jeanfield, LTHV 0-3 Banks o’Dee, Nairn 0-0 Broxburn (aet - 4-3p), Stenhousemuir 4-1 Preston, Stranraer 5-0 Spartans, Tranent 4-1 East Stirlingshire Lowland League (3pm) – Univ of Stirling 7-1 Edinburgh Univ East of Scotland League, Premier Division (2:30pm) – Musselburgh 4-2 Blackburn West of Scotland League, Premier Division (12 noon) – Hurlford 1-2 Bonnyton Mixed bag of Scottish Cup results with Linlithgow and Tranent's wins most impressive. Kelty also progress while Camelon v Brora got abandoned by ref goalless at HT due to state of park. In league games Stirling utterly devastated Edinburgh in the university derby: maybe the capital side over-indulged during yesterday's festivity! Bonnyton pulled off a shock in the Ayrshire derby, and Musselburgh beat Blackburn. Several of tomorrow's games must be at peril of the storm - indeed Crossgates v Inverkeithing is already off waterlogged. BSCG v EK in last season's South Challenge Cup SF should be OK on the artificial surface; similarly Ayrshire derby Darvel v Troon at Cumnock, and Glenrothes v Thornton friendly at East Fife. South Challenge Cup, Semi-Final [2019-20] (3pm) – BSCG v East Kilbride East of Scotland League, Premier Division (1:30pm) – Crossgates P-P Inverkeithing West of Scotland League, Premier Division (1:45pm) – Beith v Kilwinning, Darvel v Troon (at Cumnock), Irvine Meadow v Blantyre, Kirkintilloch v Largs Friendly (12:30pm) – Glenrothes v Thornton (at East Fife) Edited December 26, 2020 by HibeeJibee
HibeeJibee
South Challenge Cup, Semi-Final [2019-20] (3pm) – BSCG 1-0 East Kilbride East of Scotland League, Premier Division (1:30pm) – Crossgates P-P Inverkeithing West of Scotland League, Premier Division (1:45pm) – Beith P-P Kilwinning, Darvel 5-2 Troon (1pm at Cumnock), Irvine Meadow 3-2 Blantyre, Kirkintilloch P-P Largs Friendly (12:30pm) – Glenrothes 4-0 Thornton (at East Fife) BSCG won in last season's flashback. Darvel comfortably won their Ayrshire derby in the end whilst Irvine Meadow also won in WOSL Premier action as their pitched survived the weather. Glenrothes took Fife friendly plaudits. Limited action tomorrow and all eyes will be on Dundonald v QP. Scottish Cup R1 (7:45pm) – Dundonald v Queen's Park (at Kelty) Friendlies (7:15pm) - Kinnoull v Blairgowrie, Sauchie Community v Lochore Welfare
Ginaro
Wonder if Bonnyrigg v Kelty might be reversed if the pitch is unplayable? (especially with a Scottish Cup game on the pitch in midweek)

Scuzz
Assuming of course the Scottish Cup game actually goes ahead tomorrow which can't be anywhere near a certainty, pretty sure the next date for that if it's off again would be Saturday coming. Surely it would be more logical to try again on Friday given both clubs are expecting to play that afternoon?
Scuzz
That's what I meant, the next game day. Whoops. Surely it would be more logical to try again on Friday given both clubs are expecting to play that afternoon?

LeedsPhil
Huntly v Cumbernauld in the Scottish Cup tonight (Wed 30th Dec) failed a noon inspection. That was highly predictable - it has been frozen up here for days and the forecast said it will be -3 at match time. Surely EK could have been kept warm, and the CC v EK fixture have been hurriedly reinstated for tonight?....
