Detournement
Dean Stockwell is only in Blue Velvet for a few minutes but he absolutely owns the movie. It's my favourite scene in cinema and my neighbours are probably sick of me blasting it in on YouTube when I've had a couple. Quantum Leap was a big show for me when I was a kid, I loved watching it with my mum and brother. He's great in Paris, Texas too and has a really sleazy turn in Robert Altman's The Player.
scottsdad
I loved Quantum Leap as a kid. Must-watch TV for me and I have re-watched it again recently with my daughter. Also, hardly a mention here of his time in Battlestar Galactica. A proper baddie character there.

You talking original Battlestar? Who was he? Been a while since I watched it but don’t remember him being in it.

He was in the newer series, as one of the humanoid Cylon models.

Little known fact that he one of his legs is kind of inflated. Had it since he was kicked playing football as a boy. Was well weird looking when he pulled his trooser leg up.

I always quite liked him but I'd still leave a witty pun if I was clever enough.
