Of course I’m not suggesting anything…but maybe entering some rules might be a good plan, eh. Just in case. Optionally, he might be God or the grim reaper, and either of them should be disqualified. The rule is pretty clear. If you're found to have killed your own picks yourself, you get disqualified for life (yours, not your Dead Pool team, that is). There's no exemption for supernatural entities, but they might be hard to build an evidentiary case against. I did suggest it should be expanded to if you're killing ANY dead pool contestants, just because there's some marginal loophole where can be in your interests to kill someone else's picks before they accrue end-of-year bonuses, but the powers of Dead Pool left that one wide open for anyone to exploit.
