Finally got the club on an even keel after a shite few seasons and then the buzz of thinking they have a new investor willing to take them to the next level, to then finding out all the bad publicity in the space of a few weeks. We are currently pursuing legal action against the company for the amount owed, interest on the late payment and the recovery of legal expenses incurred. The club has tried on numerous occasions to work with Clarke Epos (UK) ltd on a solution to this but with payment failing to materialise on several missed deadlines it was concluded that pursuing legal action was the only viable option left.
