When Carter dies I hope Bush, Clinton and Obama get little silver "two termer" lapel broaches made for the annual ex-Presidents bash. P.S. Nothing wrong with draft dodging, especially in Clinton's case as he actively protested against the war, but for a country that worships the military it's a bit odd that they rose to the Presidency, rich kids staying at home when the proles had no choice.
