Donald's weirdly particular about hair care, and seeing that happen to the nearly bald Giuliani in full glare of the cameras was the final straw. He was supposed to be the tough guy who would mix it up and sort it all out, and he turned out to be an old guy who couldn't find the 4 Seasons Hotel and ended up on a sidewalk next to a porn shop, with cubicles.
