I remember them bringing in the 68 year old youngster Andropov to replace Brezhnev who had mainly existed on life support for 7 years after a stroke, had to reboot his heart a few times. They tried to give Andropov a younger and more vital image by saying he was into jazz music. He died 15 months later. Should have given Gromyko a go imo if they wanted a chance of holding the empire together. He died a few months before the Berlin Wall came down so who knows.. The Democrats correctly claimed that 2000 was stolen and falsely claimed that 2016 was stolen. Trump and his followers claim that 2020 was stolen which wasn't but there were clearly methods used by the Democrats that would be illegal in the UK. The GOP got hoist with it's own petard of the Citizens United ruling.
