The official President Biden thread.

That's what happens when you elect someone who knows what they're doing. For a guy who was painted by the pro-Trump trolls as a senile old man who doesn't know where he is most of the time, he seems to be acting quickly and decisively.

It helps that Biden will be willing to listen to advice, he won’t think he knows more about everything than everyone else.

All those fucking idiots reciting poetry and crying tears of joy the other day are going to be bitterly disappointed. The USA has elected a fraud and a war criminal who will do f**k all for the least well off in America and the wider world.

He's not Trump. That's enough to be joyous about. He's reversed decisions on climate change and the World Health Organisation. If he sits on his thumb for the next 4 years now he'll have made the world a bit better. But he's also removed the general counsel on the National Labour Relations Board who, the Democrats claim, was working towards the removal of workers' rights. Now, that's maybe just a political message but it's probably a fair bet this was true. If there's one thing we know about Trump and Republicans in the USA, it's that any benefit to low earners should be the result of a trickle down from massive benefits to the most wealthy - table crumbs if you like.

The USA had a choice of 2 for president. Whatever happens now is better than retaining Trump. So I very much doubt your assertion.

Okay well you're going to be very disappointed.

This morning, under Biden, 40 US army trucks rolled over the border into Syria to steal their oil illegally.

Biden himself said 'nothing fundamental will change'.

You have a guy moving a bust of Rosa Parkes into the Oval Office today, the same guy authored the infamous 1994 Crime Bill that saw mass incarceration of black people on a scale never seen before or since.

He rejoined Paris climate accords great, but https://www.dailyposter.com/p/news-bidens-first-climate-appointment

The things he has done like Paris are just simple, basic things that anyone who isn't a total nutcase would do.

Its all cosmetic, this is a guy who simply blows with the wind, that's why in 2006 he was railing against illegal immigrants, yet now is calling for an amnesty for 11 million of them. He has zero values, zero principles.  You don't survive 48 years in that political system without being utterly corrupted.

Before even taking office he had ruled out universal healthcare, state funded tertiarty education, UBI and debt cancellation.

He's the biggest fraud in history.

So, given the choice was between Biden and a total nutcase, Biden was the better bet then.

Yeah of course, but that doesn't mean he's a good person in any way, shape or form, or that he will be a good president. He will not. Sanders would have been a great president, Biden is a neoliberal imperialist war criminal.

The people crying tears of joy over an absolute monster getting elected to the most powerful office in the world are to be pitied.  They're even more deluded than Trump supporters.

This is true, in the last sixty years there have been two US presidents who could be argued to be good people, Carter and Kennedy.  That's it, and Kennedy comes with huge caveats.  Its the same here btw, I couldn't name the last UK PM to be a decent person f**k knows if we've even had one.

This is the sort of problem America needs fixed badly, and which Sanders would have fixed.  Before even taking office Biden had confirmed he is going to do f**k all about this.  This is why over 100 billionaires donated to his campaign.

Joe Biden, a shape shifting centrist who's been in politics his entire life, is not actually a good guy? What an amazingly incisive take and not something everyone apart from the "Trump is uniquely evil" crowd have been saying for years.

I don't know if you've been asleep the last few days but the entire world has been jacking off over this piece of shit and people have been literally crying tears of joy cause some bam read a poem.
