Fair enough In addition to men's amateurs, the women's game was impacted as only the top 2 tiers (18 clubs total) were covered in the professional exemption. Plus some levels of youth football can't play I believe which is one of the reasons the LL Development League hasn't started. As nice as it is that these WoSFL clubs have been able to arrange alternate venues last minute.
