Ralstonite
Le Haine and Brazil are two really good films which a lot of people don't seem to have watched.

Arch Stanton
In The Mood For Love (2000) Just a beautifully acted, directed and photographed movie about unrequited love. ETA...it has subtitles and is quite 'art-house' (there's no action, no explosions) and certainly best watched on a big screen. Must admit, I'd assumed that was a TV movie. Might dig out some MST3K DVDs this weekend. The Manos episode was class.

BFTD
The Borderlands - remarkably good found-footage film about Catholic investigators sent to a remote English church after reports of supernatural shenanigans. Quality serious performance from Gordon Kennedy (yes, that Gordon Kennedy). I've literally never seen a physical copy on sale anywhere, and it seemed to get a very low-key streaming release, so I figure plenty of folk won't have heard of it. Spoiler The Poughkeepsie Tapes - faux-documentary about the discovery of hundreds of tapes recorded by a serial killer, whose existence wasn't even known about by the authorities. Only recently released after a decade waiting to be remade with a bigger budget, it plays like a nasty version of those murder TV shows, about the kind of preternatural psychopath that thankfully only exists in fiction. It was available to watch for free on YouTube for years, but seems to have been pulled since the official release. Spoiler Megan is Missing - one of those "dangers of the internet" films designed to put the shits up gullible weans, but this one avoids the traditional cheesy territory and doesn't pull any punches. Really quite unpleasant, and a good warning about the dangers of WaffenThinMint. Spoiler

BFTD
Give us a brief synopsis, people. Nobody's watching a film based purely on a stranger quoting the title. Well, unless it's called something like "Naked Liz Hurley punches the SFA into the sea".
saint dave
great New York Irish gang film starring Sean Penn , Gary Oldman and Ed Harris. An undercover cop returns to his old neighborhood and finds his loyalty to his job and his old mates clashing. Oldman is fantastic as is the soundtrack , believe this was released around the same time as Goodfellas and got lost in its wake , but , definitely worth a watch. Full movie available on YouTube.
