He's restrained himself, he's given plenty of warnings and then after firing a warni g shot has remained composed and politely requested the other guy to leave. I can't really see how this doesn't work out fine for him in the courts. The guy with the camera on his head needs a good fucking hidin' and probably needs to stop suckling on his mothers teet. If you have the ability to fire a warning shot, then you're not in a self defense situation and don't need to be holding a lethal weapon.
