(To be made across upto 3 stoppages, not including HT). You've got me confused. If Shippy made 4 subs (one at HT) and 5 are permitted in the EOS, what rules were broken and why is the game being replayed? It seems like I missed the League 1 & 2 clubs voting for 5 subs as well. Is the Lowland still 3? Edited November 6, 2020 by Ginaro

Burnieman
At Tynecastle last midweek, we were prevented from making a fifth sub. It was our third (and final) change window, one player went on but the second was stopped by the linesman and play continued. At the next stoppage in play the coaching team complained to the referee but he said that was it, and he couldn't come on. A complete f*ck up. Can we get a replay please?
Burmah Oil
Five subs in three breaks is what the teams can do. Not four subs in four breaks. Sounds like ref gave the uni four stops and the Shipyard was not let sub no five on. Ginaro sure all the Scottish leagues gone to five subs. But Scottish cup is three.

There was similar case down south while they were ending last season, but it's at ref's discretion to restart (e.g. if he thinks it's taking too long), and he can't then allow a 4th stoppage later.

HibeeJibee
Easthouses game was reversed to Heriot-Watt Uni due to a heavy pitch (though it didn't stop them teaching the students a lesson). After the disciplinary ink had dried on the revised table affairs returned to the pitch. There was yet another shift of leader as Newburgh took advantage of both Heriot-Watt Uni and Oakley crashing at home. Luncarty in beating the latter burst into reckoning amid the upper eschelons, while Easthouses powered themselves into the top half. There was a remarkable 4-4 draw in the Border derby at Albert Park. There was a high-scoring encounter at Lochgelly. Eyemouth didn't lose for first time this season... [emoji23]Lol no, we were beaten fair and square, but it's exceptionally frustrating when paid officials cannot get the basics right.
HibeeJibee
Easthouses and Preston won convincingly in midweek. Profoundly shocking result in lowland Perthshire where leaders Newburgh crashed 6-0 to Luncarty. Students of Heriot-Watt took full advantage again while Oakley only got a point at home to Kinnoull to move top. Eyemouth crashed heavily again in Border derby. Burntisland took a spirited win in a Fife derby; Lochgelly and Glenrothes drew the other. Brainwaves
Did Heriot Watt not already beat Burntisland? why are they replaying the match when the ref gave the go ahead? Stirling Uni vs Kinnoul will be a very good match up

Brainwaves
i get your point, still unsure why it has to be replayed? Ginnaro said the subs were made in the 90th min by the ref, did burntisland not make 4 subs at four different times neither? Harsh Punishment with heriot watt apparently footing the bill for Burntisland travel! Terrible call
Ginaro
The replayed game ended HWU 1 Burntisland 3. Shippy up to 8th and have a decent run of games coming up against Eyemouth, Stirling Uni, Peebles, and Preston before the new year.
