No, not linked at all.

Not going to get into it other than to say it wasn't my choice.

If I can ask; are you the manager? Like a change in management in the EoS Premier league (perhaps not in the know), I think it is far to early in season for changes. We have played 6-8 matches and in your conference most teams lost 2-4 matches this season.

Clubs need to give managers time. I will keep referring to Musselburgh, who had an awful start to last season, but we pulled it round end ended up one of the strongest teams in league, and winning a cup and shield along the way.

All best!

Haddington kept up their redhot form, while all those immediately below faltered. Leith recorded a very good result and vault into 4th. Kirkcaldy & Dysart secured their first point of season. Startling margin for Kennoway Star at Thornton.

Edinburgh United 1-2 Craigroyston

Leith Athletic 5-0 Edinburgh South
St Andrews United 1-1 Kirkcaldy & Dysart

Just semantics HJ, but how could Leith win 2nd v 3rd, if Edinburgh Utd above them? Was that league positions before midweek - or am I not getting it right?

You're probably right - I didn't do an update last week as only 1 game was played (which lifted Edinburgh up from 7th).

Looks like table before this afternoon's results was:

Haddington 20pts
Rosyth 16pts +13
Edinburgh Utd 16pts +5
Leith 15pts +17
Kennoway 15pts +11
Edinburgh South 15pts 0

Have to say they looked decent enough when they beat Ed Utd a couple of weeks back.
