Going by the highlights are the fans allowed into the EOS games in limited numbers ? Time to contact easyJet ✈️ and make my way north ! Good to see some games up and running in Scotland amid the chaos.

No but if you did happen to go for a walk between Inverkeithing and Dalgety at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon you could see a game of football taking place at Ballast Bank.

Na not yet.

I was at Dunston yesterday capacity capped at 200. Social club reduced to 40 from 100, track and traced, sanitisers all round ground and a temperature gun pointed at my foreheed, all with social distancing measures and felt perfectly safe.

Now,fingers crossed, that unless I've caught it, how that stupid cow cant follow this is beyond belief.

The past few days have demonstrated that as far as SG, JRG, SFA, etc , take your pick - football (in the authorities eyes) starts and ends with a certain pair of clubs in Glasgow.

When the FM is advocating making special dispensation for yesterday's match being screened live for free, you can be sure she isn't turning her attention to the EoSFL.

No fans allowed it will be committee members

Thanks, my hopes dashed ! Can't understand why low level non league can't have fans back , Sturgeon going safety mad. Was at Cribbs 2 Brislington 0 yesterday, att 86 no problems whatsoever. We've had games p-p followed by 2 wks isolation but things are still happening. Always going to be cases until the virus departs, just be sensible.

The last few weeks have seen teams from SPFL Championship down to Saturday and Sunday amateurs return to competitive football despite increasing  cases of covid in large areas ( not all) of the country. SFA /JRG clearly had to do a lot of persuading to get some of the teams/lagues exemptions to allow this to be done.

Impressed you believe that was their workings

Wonder how that will go given Dunbar withdrew from the cup due to injuries?

Well for starters may be squad eligibility differences e.g. clubs can use trialists in league but not cups and may have players suspended in cups but not league (indeed Frazer McLaren appears such).

Player that is suspended for South Challenge cup will be available for league game.
If its the player mentioned previously he is one of 2 more injuries picked up in yesterdays game and wont be fit to play next weekend. Almost down to a 5 a side team now might have to field the committee lol

It really is like the good old days at LTHV maintaining their 100% start ahead of Tranent and Penicuik. Linlithgow extend an unbeaten run. Blackburn, Inverkeithing and Whitehill lose again.

Helped by their midweek victory Musselburgh rise to 4th, while Tynecastle return to top half with an impressive victory over Dundonald.

Several sides were in cup action.

(Wed) Whitehill Welfare 1-3 Musselburgh Athletic

Blackburn United 2-4 Musselburgh Athletic
Linlithgow Rose 3-0 Inverkeithing Hillfield Swifts
Lothian Thistle HV 2-0 Hill of Beath Hawthorn
Penicuik Athletic 4-0 Crossgates Primrose
Tranent 4-0 Dunbar United
Tynecastle 2-0 Dundonald Bluebell
Whitehill Welfare 1-2 Camelon
