Looks like a very important 90 minutes on Saturday for both Dunbar United and also Dunipace.

Agree, a big game for us. Dunipace are flying and have had some great results recently and scoring goals. For us we need to be better than we have been ,just scraping results.  Our problem is obvious but no sign of it changing so hopefully our back line are on their game. An important run of games coming up which will show if we can compete. We have a decent home record but with players missing, I would settle for a share of the points, but hope we can nick this one.Good luck Dunbar.

Statistically there's very little between these two sides tomorrow.

Dunipace have scored exactly 100% more league goals than Dunbar. On the other side of that coin, Dunipace have conceeded 50% more league goals than Dunbar.

Both teams have only had a single league defeat so far this season.

Far too tight to predict an outcome. Hope its a great game.

Good win today. Dunipace a good team and came into the weekend in good form.

However, I think Dunbar more than deserved that win today. In many ways, Dunbar’s best performance of the season. Very fluid in their play, workrate and determination.

Still feel they are missing that cutting edge but good signs today. Johnny Edmond could prove to be the missing link - and positive signs to see him back in the squad.

Not bad what 60k can get you…

A little bit of bait for that Sandys troll, it dont take much to set him/her off. £60K if only.

It seemd to be a good match with a far too many chances not converted into goals. Maybe Jonny Ed is the solution.

Dunbar deservedly won but you are right, the chances missed by us is no laughing matter. Our top goalscorer is Mike McFarlane and he's RB. A goal scorer is a priority if we are to challenge.  We can't wait on Edmond we need a striker ,now. Dunipace look a decent team and Grant Thomson cleared two off the line but that was it. Defensively we look good ,at home anyway, it was a bit better and it's points that matter. Massive game at Glenrothes next week.

The stats clearly show. Don’t score a lot, don’t give away a lot.
Everyone needs a goal scorer.
Seemed to be a lot of energy about the team yesterday. They also moved the play quickly from defence to attack.
It could be the Dunipace game plan was simply not good enough on the day.

There did seem a lot of intensity about Dunbar’s play. The purpose clearly  looked to take the game to Dunipace.

The stats clearly show Dunbar are a different team away from home. 10 league games played  5 at home, 5 wins,15 points,8 for, 1 against. Clearly, a great record at home and we have beat two top sides.  5 away games, won 2, drawn 2 and lost once, 8 points from 15 with 8 for and 9 against. We have not kept a clean sheet away from home. Of course if we keep up the same run of results until the season end ,we will be right up there.

I’m sure all I’ve heard from the Coldstream match was that Dunbar were lucky to equalise so late on. But they’d had more than enough chances to win 3 matches. The old story - conversion of goalscoring opportunities. The Draw was unlucky but it could have been worse.

The feedback from the Camelon Camelon game was it was a fair result. Draw!

Preston - who can explain how they fell completely out of that game?? Simply didn’t deserve anything from it at all.

is a draw away from home a poor result. I think that Luncarty, Dunipace and many others would happily settle for a single point at NCP.

I’d take a draw in all away games until the rest of the season, and also a few home ones.

Great signing for you. All the best Josh.

Obviously with Smith facing a lengthy time out,it is a good signing. But it's a goal scorer that's a necessity.  We haven't kept a clean sheet away from home ,so far , so it may mean we will need to score to get something from this game at Glenrothes.  They are going well so it will be a tough game. Good luck to Dunbar.
