Cannabis Cup - Livi vs. Accies

Our complete inability to either defend or score set pieces will ultimately kill us this season if we don’t sharpen up. Lost count of the amount of promising free kicks and corners we picked up today from decent play, but done absolutely nothing from them. The two goals Accies scored were as simple as you like, very unlike us given how we’ve set up the last few seasons.

Yep, nothing like the Livi team of the last 3 seasons, defending or attacking set pieces. Accies basically Livi's us from set pieces today. Could've actually written the script for the end result though, we've seen it so many times over the last few of seasons, conceding late goals to Accies (and St Mirren) when we were on the front foot.

Can't complain about the equaliser, Accies were pushing for it and you could see it coming, we then started winning the midfield battles on 50/50 challenges though and looked the better team for a good spell before conceding the goal, felt a right kick in the baws losing that game. Pitts hitting the underside of the bar and not going in felt ominous though, that goes in and we've  won the game. Felt like we created more chances in that game than all the previous ones this season combined, just couldn't bloody score, really hoping Stokes will provide us with a clinical finish from those chances. Holt couldn't hit a barn door from 8 yards either, passed up 2 great chances shooting well over the bar.

Anyway, no sour grapes, congrats to our diddy bros, you've certainly got Odoffin playing well in defence, and Templeton looks a cracking player too.

What a weird post.

Well done diddy brothers. We really need to hit a run of form soon, luckily we've got our bitches Celtic up next. Just a shame its on a grass pitch instead of the superior plastic.

Looking forward to a week of raging Celtic fans on the Clyde phone in after Livi grind out a solid point against them.

Not that I'll  be listening, it will just be good to know it's happening.

You can do it.

Hamilton looked dangerous every time they went forward, strong, good defensively and their passes more precise,Livi huffed and puffed, the amount of bad passes, bad touches is not good enough,so well done Hamilton
thoroughly deserved.

McCrorie  5/10  Let 2 goals in,poor defence in front of him though
Devlin    5/10  In the game going forward, poor defending, needs to be more accurate with crosses  and passing
Ambrose   3/10   Looked slow and uneasy all game
Guthrie   3/10   Looked as if he'd never played centre back before, very slow, caught ball watching, too much fouling
Serrano  7/10   Good all round player
Bartley  6/10   Put another good shift in centre midfield
Robinson 4/10   Plenty effort and running, good movement wasted by poor ball control, spends alot of time on his arse
Pittman  8/10   Everywhere, good game, movement, passing, energy ,best Livi player today
Holt     3/10   Great chance to score the shot nearly ends out the park, just doesn't do enough ,not good at defending, not good going forward
Forrest   5/10  Here's a guy with plenty of skill that let's himself down,by taking one touch too many,or over hits the ball. Also drops out the game to much
Lokotsch  6/10  Good game, quicker than I thought,Hamilton always had plenty men in the box, will get better..
Sibbald   3/10   On from 62nd minute, looked of the pace today, brought nothing to the game, marking for second goal suspect ,usually one of Livi's better players.
Tiffoney  7/10  Some great touches, link up play was good.
Kouider-Aissa   On last 5 minutes

Formation  4-2-3-1 ???

HOLT----  Needs to get some work done on passing, players first touch, and players decision making. There's Something wrong in defence....

Holt lucky to escape red card

Besides Celtic and Rangers, the only team I watch in Scotland is Aberdeen. Now imagine if a real cannabis cup would be organized, involving not just the teams from the Championship, but also the teams from the lower leagues, teams that buy kratom near me. I think there is a strong possibility that it would be won by some team from a lower league, if the grass itself would be the object, and not just the surface. I guess we would return to the 80's in terms of the speed of the game, but I think no would be bothered about it, because no one would give a damn about the game anyway.
