He's got 2 CBs, 2 full backs who can't beat their direct opponent, a holding CM, two CMs who like to progress to the final 3rd, a left winger with pace, a utility right footer who can play on a wing, and one striker. Yet he refuses to play a 4-3-3 and instead plays over half of them out of position/in roles that don't suit them.
