accies1874
60 according to Wiki. Which has still pretty wild for such utterly average player. Wikipedia's main bit at the top only includes league appearances, I'm sure, which is even more mental. I might've believed it if you said he'd played 60 games in the cups and Europa League. Elneny just appears after a while when I've assumed he'd left for Saint Etienne or something.

Derry Alli
If you're chasing a game and seeing little of the ball, why are you taking of Elneny for Ceballos and asking him to drop back and try to win tackles? You'd be far better going three at the back. Solid win for City. Title is in the bag. twitter_20210219_122055.mp4

I'm sure Stéphane Guivarc'h won the WC with France. Jesus is a decent finisher but has definitely landed in a couple of sweet spots at Club and international level.
jagfox
Man Utd setting out with Matic and Fred in midfiled holding roles vs Newcastle. This is gonna be a thriller isn't it? Edited February 21, 2021 by jagfox BLM
jagfox
I get the feeling Mikel was happy enough with that. Didn't get thumped and they probably have a bigger game on Thursday vs Benfica.

Looked pretty good it did. Or he scuffed it of the bottom of his boot into the ground. Doubt he meant that. Distant Doonhamer
They may well still win this but that's an awful half of football from ManU again.
Thistle_do_nicely
have just started watching from the 2nd half for the Man Utd game. They look pretty inept trying to play out from the back, all way too slow + they don't seem to be picking the right passes or finding space to move into Newcastle's half. Everything they're doing looks telegraphed too, no clever disguise on passes, nada. Daniel James is pish too, skinned rotten by Saint Maximin and not contributing anything tbh edit: The curse of "x is pish" immediately followed by x scoring lives on... Scotty Tunbridge
Really annoys me when commentators hit out with something like this. RE Greenwood signing a new deal “He’ll be here until atleast 2025...” You do know transfers can happen right. Just say signed a new deal until.

Man U just look like a collection of really good players managing to put something together on the pitch, rather than having any kind of coaching or decent game plan. Them doing well seems to be in spite of OGS, rather than because of him.

I thought Klopp had commented that they’d had about 3 times as many as the average of other clubs which was 13 ??
craigkillie
If people want Man Utd to have fewer penalties then they should simply stop fouling them in the box.
