Always impressed by him Very good under Chris Wilder but he's had only one season in the EPL. Before joining Sheffield United, Henderson was on loan at Shrewsbury. The media has reported that he was demanding contractual guarantees to be number one at United! If that's true, such arrogance (and disrespect towards De Gea and Romero) could be his undoing. Even with a new long-term contract, Henderson could be loaned out again. IMHO Pope is better and more experienced than Henderson. His performances against the top 4 last season were incredible at times. He'd be a great signing for a big club like Chelsea. I've always rated Heaton too but it's unlikely that he'll be back from his terrible injury before November. At 34, it could be a very hard road back to top form. McCarthy also had some great games this year and was a key player in Southampton's turnaround.
