The creativity in the side has dried up completely too. I guess I shouldn't complain too much but there are too many draws on my form sheet, despite dominating possession in most games. Most frustratingly, drew 2-2 with Falkirk having been 2-0 up and cruising. Got them promoted first time of asking and unbelievably, only needed a point from my final 2 games to pip TNS - the only professional team in the Welsh set-up to win the league. Proceeded to get pumped 3-0 and then 4-6 from mid-table fodder after losing only twice in the prior 30 games. Leeds offered to sell a sell on clause on Stuart McKinstry for 700k so I’ve went on a spending spree. I’ve got Halkett, Kiltie and Ali McCann in so far. I didn’t scout McCann so I’m disappointed he’s only 3 star rated. I also made the Regional semi final of the Asian confederations Cup and went out on away goals to North Korea's April 25. Now waiting for the right job to rear its head. Hopefully along the lines of New Zealand, Korea or perhaps the one of the lesser Middle East leagues for a spell. I’m currently spending £3.4 million a week on my FM20 save. No idea if that’s the biggest I’ve ever had but it must be close. Also not sure if that is a big budget as I normally start at a small club to build them up so I imagine the wage bills of Barca, Real Madrid etc would be much higher. I won the league first season on FM20 with Barry Town. One of those though that I didn't want to really win it first time. Was expecting a bit of a building job. Found myself at a crossroads where the tactics that get me results aren't particularly fun, and the tactics I find fun aren't very effective. Playing FM should be fun, and trying to scrape out 1-0's and 2-1's every week isn't fun at all. I'm a bit of a fussy **** with football games tbh. I like realism, but I like it to be moderately easy too.
