Livingston v Rangers - Sun 16th

Recommended Posts

Brilliant performance by Livi. Put themselves in front of everything and battled like mad for a well deserved point. The keeper, Fitzwater and Guthrie were excellent.

That lad that came on up front looked like a fan who'd won a competition to play for the first team for a day, absolutely lost. He'll probably turn into lewandowski when we play against them and bag a couple. I gather the starting striker wasn't upto much either but missed the first 60 mins so couldn't comment.

It always was. Any time Glasgow or Edinburgh beat one of the Irish provinces, his toys went everywhere.

Tom English talking about Livingston losing 1-4 to Hibs at home. then in next sentence says the SPFL should stop allowing plastic pitches as this gives Livingston an advantage over opponents.
The Hearts hilarity has absolutely ruined him [emoji23]

I don’t think we’ll see him again. He’s likely an accomplice of Martindale and he’s helped him get a work permit.

You better be right.

After the Van Shite debacle last season, Morton paying a fee for him then releasing him a few weeks later is almost a certainty.

The moaning about artificial pitches is so w**k.

The lies are stupid and pointless (the ball doesn't bounce the same! the ball bets held up! the ball moves differently!) as they imply that all grass pitches are exactly the same and that they don't all have their own area where the ball will bounce in unexpected ways or will hold up in parts where the grass has been allowed to grow longer for that reason.

If anything artificial pitches are more of a leveller. They give an uniform bounce/movement/hold up etc.

All home pitches give the home team an advantage as they're all different (meaning the arguments about the ball bouncing differently and moving differently etc make no sense; different to what pitch, in what condition?). Clubs let the grass grow more in some areas to suit a style of play. Clubs water certain parts, such as a wing, before the game and at half time.

The moaning about artificial pitches isn't just achingly predictable and full of lies, it's absolutely tedious.

He perished on the rock of the Hearts summer shenanigans and lost all credibility when he effectively preferred being Ann Budge's mouthpiece to producing any quality journalism. He hasn't remotely recovered since. It's embarrassing. As was the bollocks about Livingston's pitch there.

Today was the worst of game I’d expect Itten to make a difference in. Punts into the box for him to hammer into the defenders and cause problems with his strength. It’s what he was good at here. Looked like he had never seen a ball before today though.

It’s not a fat suit. He’s actually that size mate.

Greeting at this.

Imagine Boyd in one of those sumo suits... then you realise that's him on a night oot.

Why do ***s always say ‘listen’ before they make a point?

It's a Trump-ism. He does it as well in arguments in the knowledge that they are already lost. No-one likes them, they don't care.
