Any sympathy I had for Thistle’s plight vanished the minute they got into bed with that old sow Ann Budge and took other clubs to court to try and overturn promotions.

Exactly. Now they have released a rambling statement arguing that because they are ambitious and full time that it's just so unfair. Favourite part of that statement is that they have foretold all of this.

It’s not technically fine. They’re supposed to follow social distancing when not playing or training. They are supposed to space out when eating, travelling etc. Do you think they are not going home to their families every night during the season? It’s not that type of bubble.

Also, if you’ve seen the full photo there’s a random guy & his missus on sun loungers about half a metre behind Broony. Doubt they were in the Celtic “bubble”.

Oh, this is splendid, splendid work.

They really do think that being full-time trumps everything, including the level at which you play.

What's going on?  Rangers don't even make the top 2 of mental clubs in their city.

Might even put Championship level Queens Park above them in the current mentalist stakes.

who would have thought a year ago they wouldn’t make the podium.

Partick Thistle are shut down because they play at a level with predominantly part time clubs. That is because they were so shite last season that they deserved to be relegated. Football is a meritocracy, not a closed shop. Tough luck. Suck it up and get better.

Fully supportive of Partick/Falkirk swapping with Alloa/Arbroath.

the virus doesn’t infect full-time footballers.  That’s been demonstrated throughout the season...

...oops.

Arbroath Fc finished the championship 5th on merit, Partick and Falkirk didnt.  Its quite simple really.I never new Celtics Jullien was part time?

It could well be and for the final time, for a few clubs in the lower divisions.
