COVID-19 In Scottish Football

Why is it any fairer for them to be banned against St Johnstone than any other club? The only reason they were going to miss a game against St Johnstone initially was because of the random process of the fixture list.

Incidentally, the offences each have 8 games as a penalty for an upper end breach, but actually have a maximum of indefinite suspension. It's also not clear if they could be punished separately for each of the two offences - I would assume not, but couldn't see anything to confirm that.

Cheers Craig, was unsure if the suspension mentioned for the maximum penalty was indefinite or not.  It might be possible that the penalties for both rule breaches run concurrently, as in criminal disposals, but have no evidence to back that up with, just a guess.

Lovely to now see the SFA, SPFL and other clubs so concerned about what's "fair".

Shouldn't the other three Championship clubs just "take their medicine" and take responsibility for being unable to afford to start training sooner.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤡

Thanks to this Celtic player my son’s football has been cancelled - a disabled club affiliated to the SFA, only recently restarted two weeks ago. Imagine their disappointment. It’s not all about Hearts or Aberdeen, the smallest in the game are affected by this selfish act of stupidity.

Anyone know how Bolingoli got caught out? As far as I know it didn't leak out till he'd been back a while.

Presume Celtic told SPFL and then let it out to media.

Lennon was asked on Sky if he knew about Bollingoli while sitting through the Zoom call with Jason Leitch and rest of Premiership last week. He confirmed he already knew at the time and it didn't come out till the day after.
