I, for one can’t wait to be brought right back down to earth with a massive thud following a lacklustre Ayr United performance tomorrow. The Ayr United way.

We have a good few out for various reasons. Walsh is injured, Muirhead is suspended, Reading is away with Scotland u21’s while both Cameron and Smith are cup tied.

Team wise were looking at: Sinisalo, Houston, Roscoe, Baird, Hewitt, Murdoch, Chalmers, McCowan, Moffat, Zanatta, Anderson

No disrespect to Stranraer but if we can’t beat them at Somerset then we really don’t deserve to be progressing.

We couldn't beat them at home last time in this cup, was it not?

If we can't rattle in a few with our attacking flair in this then it doesn't bode well for the rest of the season. Although I'm fully prepared for Fleming to have a worldie.

Never get a better chance 7 first. Team players out,  chance for 4 south of  Scotland youngsters.

Accies v Rovers is off. Accies awarded a 3-0 win.

Imagine the shenanigans if Accies had won on Wednesday and not playing the game had changed the GD relative to Ayr.

They have been lucky to get through this without it being more farcical but as it is Falkirk will go through off the back of a Covid awarded win over Killie, to a lesser extent Dunfermline and Dundee too, though both probably would have got through anyway.

Killie got off lucky. If they'd shown up we would have humped them by more than just 3 goals.
