Should actually add that the stream was excellent tonight from Killie. Great image quality throughout and the camera work was good.

Agreed.

Got your yearly subscription in CP? A snip at the price 😃

Think the boy Sloan switched off a bit but it’s Dom Thomas he is up against. He’s a Premiership player playing at EEP.

He'd definitely be a Premiership player if being in the Premiership involved playing against 17 year-old debutants every week, but he has had plenty of chances at that level and has never shown enough. He'll be an excellent player for you in the Championship though - I think Dunfermline look like they have the makings of a very good team at that level based on Friday and tonight.

I tried that. Didn't work.

On the subject of the stream, it was very good from Kilmarnock. Camera followed play excellently. Almost professional standard.

It was shakey when we first used Stream Digital a year or so back but a lot of work was done on the servers early on this year combined with the small fortune Bowie shelled out on new cameras and equipment.....

That’s the difference between ourselves and Falkirk. We can naturally beat a top flight team 3-0 whereas they have to prey on the serious illness and perhaps DEATH of others to do so. Disgraceful club.

Is there no end to their evil ways?

Talking total shite....
Shame your clubs only claim to fame came to a rather pedestrian end tonight....

And to think if you could only have taken 1 point from us last season...

3-0? That rings bells:

Neither had Kevin Nisbet, until he'd dropped down and done alright.

Dom Thomas is a Premiership level player, would take him over Kiltie.

If you guys get up to the top flight you'll see then how frustrating he can be, he's a very good Championship player thou.

He's had 2 clubs and roughly 7 managers that all thought the same thing, not quite good enough for a consistant start in the top flight.

Nisbet had far fewer opportunities in the top flight than Thomas. If Thomas is a Premiership level player then why did no other Premiership club want him in the summer?

Kiltie has done the business at this level, Thomas hasn't, that's why we kept one over the other. Your only point of reference here is their performances in the Championship, which is completely irrelevant to how they'd do in the top flight.

Realistically, I can't see us getting anything from this game tonight. I think the best we can hope for is for the young boys to play as well as possible, to see what it's like up against a full-time outfit and to learn some stuff from the first-team players who they'll be playing with in the team. Hopefully a couple of them are able to show the manager what they can do in any case.

To be fair the average Pars side was younger than the Killie side...

We could have put two 5 year-olds into our normal team and probably had a higher average age than Dunfermline too, not sure what that's supposed to prove. Killie handed out debuts to 10 players tonight (albeit one was to 35 year-old Colin Doyle).

A draw against clyde is enough.
Does GD come into it if we tie with falkirk?
Or do we go through as we beat them?

Pretty sure it's GD, then goals scored.

Falkirk deserved the win last night no doubt, bit flat from us at times but we still had a few openings and we look like we'll create plenty no matter who we're up against. Goodwillie had a great and probably easier chance than the one he scored right at the start so if he scores that the game might've panned out differently. Feel we could've nabbed an equaliser if we started really pushing forward 10mins earlier than we did towards the end.

No idea, glad they didn't though.

So the Premier is that far removed from the championship, that the level they performed at the level below can't be indicative on who's the better player?

If Ross Millen can play every week in the Premiership, pretty safe to say Dom Thomas can.

Except for the, you know, years of evidence that suggests that he can't.

Tomorrow night will be a case of how many Killie want. Assuming they’ll play a fairly strong team as well, do Killie have any international call ups?

We're going to lose these next 2 games by an aggregate of about 13-0.

Don't think Killie can qualify now so that might impact their team selection a little. If they're worried about their better players getting injured then they shouldn't be, we won't even get near them
