Bestsinceslicebread Posted August 9, 2020 Share Posted August 9, 2020 Interested to find out what fans views of spfl 2 and 1 teams are of this type of league and do you see your team starting a U20s team in the future or hope they do or don't do There's been a few senior teams drop their reserve team due to financial implications of Covid and with Edinburgh City in SPFL2 and East Fife in the SPFL1 both having a U20 team in the development league last year and continuing the same with confidence for this forth coming season, what's everyone's thoughts of more SPFL 2 or 1 teams starting an U20 team to join the Lowland Development League with all games on a Friday evening. For anyone who doesn't know, last year the development league had 29 teams in two all in conference divisions but this year due to new WOSFL starting, some also started a U20 team and this coming season the league now has 68 teams split into two regions East and West with 3 conference divisions in the West and 2 conference divisions in the East.
