19QOS19
He was outside the box so it would have been DOGSO... automatic red. It's not as simple as that now though. The penalty for Brentford today was almost identical to that except the GK went in with his hands instead of his feet. If the player had got by him it was a goal. The GK never even got booked as he attempted to play the ball. It would have been a yellow at worst I reckon.
Bairnardo
That's a red in rugger nowadays. Initial contact shoulder to head, no attempt to wrap the arms, off the ball. There's threads for inferior sports m8

Just look at the amount of backing in that Harry Kane gets away with and even gets fouls for.

On the basis that since a team is given a penalty they still have an goalscoring oportunity.

I only saw the goal once and thought he was in the box tbh.
Mr. Brightside
Not starting with Rodri or Fernandinho has been madness. Also starting Sterling seems to be a very poor choice, especially with how out of form he's been.
Theroadlesstravelled
If Man City are the best team in the world then football is at a huge low point.
Ira Gaines
Foden is one of those rare breeds of English young players who are actually worth most of the hype. Everything even close to good for City is coming from him getting some of the ball.

Bairnardo
City have really never looked a genuine threat but Chelsea are struggling to get out now. A chance is coming soon you feel.

UsedToGoToCentralPark
Watching the Champions League final and I find myself wondering how many games BT sport are showing from the Premier League for the next few years at least, anyone know where such a stat might be found?
Jambomo
I’m not sure why Aguero wasn’t on before, he’s still the best of all their strikers. Edited May 29, 2021 by Jambomo
Scotty Tunbridge
Would have taken Foden off instead of Sterling. But what do I know
