Don't know about worse than him. but JANE " Absolutely" LEWIS would be the frame.  Has proved many

a time she is Clueless - even reading from a script.. Scottish Cup Draw and Friday night games... She

is bound to prove just how hopeless she is.... Absolutely!

Her broadcasting is better than the structure of your posts.

In Aug Aberdeen beat St Mirren 4-1 when Gallagher was sent off after 20 mins. The sending off was hardly mentioned on Sportscene as all they did was heap praise on Aberdeen's new signings and how brilliant they were. Fast forward 5 months and same venue but this time an Aberdeen player (not a central defender) is sent off early in the game. But Sportscene focuses on the sending off and hardly mentions that St Mirren ripped them apart. Could easily have been a 1-5 scoreline. A wee bit of praise for St Mirren would have been nice (and justified). But then you'd have to kick Michael Stewart off the show,

Not sure how they can say we "just edged it" based on those highlights. Didn't look like St Mirren really did anything. We could have had 2 or 3.

Were you at the game or are you basing that on the highlights.?

As has been said by many, and I agree, Hibs just edged it and deserved the win. Both keepers only had one save to make so where you get Hibs winning by 2 or 3 is delusional.

I havent watched the Sportscene highlights, but I get the impression that the presenters sometimes decide what their "narrative" is before they record the show.

I watched the entire match live at home 😉 and a decent summary would be -

Conditions were brutal, windy and wet. Hibs started the brighter, but after 20 minutes the match was a bit of an attritional shitfest with nobody in control.

Neither keeper was particularly bothered, and there were only a few clear cut chances - Main had a simple chance from a terrible McGeady pass and made an erse of it. Youan had a great chance from a fantastic Henderson ball, took it inside and slotted it away beautifully.

That was it.

As an aside, I can see why St Mirren have such a good record at home, very strong and a great team shape.

If the match had finished as a draw, we couldnt have had any complaints.

Extended highlights and analysis of St Johnstone v Celtic there - 20 full minutes, but apparently not enough time to even show St Johnstone's goal in the lengthy analysis section or indeed anything else Saints did during the game?

The absolutely gushing tone of the match report on the BBC website made it clear what their take on the match would be. An absolutely predictable 4-1 victory over a team in poor form who are battling relegation.

You would be excused for thinking Celtic stood on the edge of an historic achievement rather than simply repeating something they’ve done practically every year for over a decade with minimal resistance.

In defiance of the odds and the establishment.

Don't forget that.
