Will there be any interest from England and the other foreign nations in participating? Will the Premiership cups be able to afford to play their Colts teams? Irish teams have already been problematic and with potential restrictions on international travel on top of fixture congestion and them refusing to play November to February makes it virtually impossible to schedule in. no reserve league, clubs closing their academies, bigger match day squads and a probability of more players being loaned out will hopefully end colt team entry.
