Lewis Capaldi hatred thread

Recommended Posts

Should maybe be in the music forum but I feel he's enough a ubiquitous presence in Scotland at the moment to merit General Nonsense.

I can tolerate and often actively enjoy shite music but I'm genuinely at the end of my fucking tether with the c**t. Think the tipping point has been having to relive his FEUD with Noel Gallagher and antics at Glastonbury this time last year all over again on social media for some reason.  I thought Gerry Cinnamon mania was bad enough but now I long for the halcyon days of summer 2017.

Not ashamed to say that he's got me proper #rattled.

Don’t like his music, but he seems to have a good sense of humour and a bit of decent patter any time I’ve seen him on TV. Must be bigger cnuts out there who are more deserving of a random hatred thread on a fitba’ forum.

I think Lewis Capaldi is a good marker for my move (descent?) into middle age.  I have literally never heard one of his songs, despite him being extremely successful and famous.  I think he's the first really popular artist that I have never heard.  It's been a good innings, now I'm on the fast track to "that's all just noise".

You probably have heard one of his songs but didn't realise it was him. Can't remember the name of his most famous tune but it was inescapable at the time. The voice definitely doesn't match the face.

The type of music doesn't match the patter either. Expected lad music and got mumcore
