Dundee United's Next Permanent Manager

Guy on The Paddock (Tranmere Forum) claiming that it's a done deal but the delay in announcing it is due to them wanting to announce Mellon leaving and the appointment of a new man at the same time.

They're not sure if his assistant Michael Jackson will be coming up here with him.

Literally not one fan of theirs happy that he's leaving.

If appointed, I'm looking forward to this guy being our manager.

cant Beat It, a thriller of an appointment - when the other candidate had issues with black and white it was always a no brainer that they would appoint someone who isnt an off the wall choice.

We all been asking who is it? & now we know.Hopefully it won't turn out bad. I assume MM will wanna be startin' somethin' at Tannadice.  Hopefully at the end of his time here we'll all be able to chat and say remember the time.. over his successes.

There is a difference really here to be fair. Tranmere were 3 points off safety, fair few teams in the shite above then whilst they were 7th in the form table. Hearts were still 12th in the form table and at best were only making the play offs imo.
