He's from Paisley, they have previous for that sort of thing 😉

A lot of daft things happen in Paisley. Here are some really daft examples of penalty taking.:)

Put 50p on Gary Holt with skybet so i'm sure they'll cut him to from 33/1 to 11/10 now.

Last chance to bet on a 33/1 nap before the odds go tumbling, you know it people!

In this case it would be like me turning down a job at McDonalds, because first choice, Gordon Ramsay, had turned them down.

Poor example - Mclaren ain't no Gordon Ramsay.  It would be more like being 2nd choice to Fat Dave at Burger King.

Steven McLaren is a fantastic coach.  It’d have been a real coup for Dundee United.

Even if he'd been an average coach it'd have been a coup for them.

Regardless, Ramsay is one of the top chefs in the world, McLaren isn't one of the top coaches in the world - he isn't even one of the top coaches in England FFS!

Dundee United will have spoken to as many as 20 candidates by the time the club makes its decision early next week about who will replace Robbie Neilson as manager.

The club admitted yesterday it was taken aback by “the sheer diversity” of coaches who had shown an interest in the job. The SFA director of performance, Malky Mackay, remains a contender for the position but the club will not be pursuing Tommy Wright.

Top trolling of Malky by whoever wrote that last bit. Bravo Sir.

Hahaha, tickled me as well.

The writer of the piece is none other than Graham Spiers.
