Early Predictions for the New Premier

Recommended Posts

Oh well here we go Darvel to win the league right ok u have to prove urself in the big league first which darvel have never done teams like darvel have came up before spent the money and never really stayed so why is darvel so different and to be fair I can't see any football maybe till January either but might not happen at all next year so what will darvel do the same has every other team or will they do something different

Darvel to win the league. Bonnyton, Rob Roy, Cumbernauld, Kilbirnie and a n other down.

Not why but when.
Football wise Talbot have moved way beyond the ex Junior leagues. A lot of the Talbot fans won't like it cost wise but best they move up towards the SFL2 level.
The fans won't like going from £6 to £14 in a unemployment black spot but hey ho that's progress.
A long way to go before even thinking about League 2, 2 promotions more difficult than you think

Talbot Champions, Pollok/Darvel battling for 2nd place.
Back to back bottom finishes for Rob Roy and Glencairn with Blantyre, Cumbernauld and Rossvale also going down.
Just my thoughts!
Glencairn didn't "finish" anywhere last season. We still had 14 games to play, many more than the two teams directly above us, who we still had to play at home as well. [emoji6]

Are hoping you don't go up?

Talbot, probably champions, but they won’t go any further, talbot have dominated the Junior grade for years and they’ll do the same at this new grade, they like to be top dogs going to next level, they’ll just be another team. It’s ok playing the Big boys in the Scottish Cup as a one off but playing them week in week out is a different matter. As for their supporters it’s ok paying £6 just now but paying about £15 well we’ll see how long that lasts

But the final league table has Glencairn sitting second bottom?

Anyway its just my predictions, I tend to get them wildly wrong each year! 😆

Has any team ever been promoted and seen their attendance go down? At least initially.
