Central
I have an iPhone 7 which i've had for 3 years now. Only issue is battery life but i can deal with it. My sim only deal is £22 p/m at the moment (o2) but i'm considering switching to GiffGaff for £15 p/m and no contract (they use o2). What does everyone else pay for their contract? Any other GiffGaff users here?
Guest SJP79
I use GiffGaff, no complaints, cheap and cheerful.
Andy Dufresne
We are with Tesco who also use 02 and have no issues.

DG.Roma
Sky, who also use O2. Signed up on Black Friday, got SIM only for £6/mth. Unlim mins & text, 3GB data. Crucially though, you keep your unused data and can add it on any time. So if you use 2GB of your data one month, the unused 1GB gets banked. If you find yourself getting close to your 3GB in a subsequent month, add some of your banked data and you'll be fine. If you never use your banked data, you can exchange it for discounts on a new phone or other stuff from Sky apparently. Easily the best deal I found at the time
Ludo*1
ID Mobile. Zero issues. Cracking deal at the time - 8GB, Unlimited calls and texts, £10 a month. Purchased an S9 outright when it was the 'big one' and promised myself if I'm spending that sort of money outright on a phone then I'm keeping it till it becomes as unfashionable as an iPhone 4. Probably cheaper SIMO deals out there now but that was a phenomenal deal at the time. ID Mobile is basically Carphone Warehouse and they use Three's network. Got the whole family on SIMO deals after leaving o2 which was going down the pan until Sky intervened.
vikingTON
Plusnet mobile: SIM only, 5Gb + unlimited texts/calls (who even uses those anyway?) = £8.50 a month. They use the EE network so coverage is never an issue for me. Halfway through a 12 month contract and I'd like to increase the data cap when it's up for renewal.
Bonksy+HisChristianParade
I pay about £40 a month on a contract with Vodafone. I thought it was an alright deal at the time as it covered the cost of the handset and I get Spotify and 50gb data which can be used in most countries round the world. Mine is up for renewal again soon as well but can’t imagine I’ll get much cheaper as I’m going to go for one of the newer iPhones I think.

The rolling over of data is great. I pay £9 a month for unlimited texts etc and 2GB of data - for 3 SIMS (for me and the kids)
jamamafegan
I’m with giffgaff. Great bunch of lads. I’m currently financing my iPhone 7 from them. 50 odd quid a month for 6 months and then will drop down to a tenner (or slightly more depending on what “goody bag” I get) which just rolls every month. During lockdown I realised I wouldn’t need any credit when I was stuck at home, so I cancelled my goodybag for 2 months. It’s good to have the option of not being tied to a contract - you’re free to leave them whenever you want. That said, I’ve been impressed with them and won’t be going to anyone else anytime soon. Also, one thing to be aware of is texting certain places (In my case a radio station) - if they charge you’ll have to get top up credit on top of your goodybag. I went to call customer services to find out what was going on and discovered they don’t have a call centre, they have a community - a forum. I was a bit sceptical but I asked a question and got answers from a few folk fairly quickly. I recommend them highly!
