I still have my Denon on full display in the dining room. In fact every chair in the dining room points towards it.

Do you have people round to demonstrate the timbre of the bass, and the left-right balance?

You might want to try the TK-421, if you want the highest-quality fidelity.

Folk, get rid of your CDs. Copy them in to iTunes or an external hard drive for storage, then punt them on Ziffit.

Books are different of course. Keep them and cherish them. Love a good book and have never been a fan of Kindles or similar technology. Can absolutely see the appeal and advantages of them, but can't beat a physical book for me.

Maybe it's a tactile thing. Maybe it's that we use screens enough during the day that it's a welcome break. Whatever it is, I love them. I can, and have, read books multiple times. Have even bought a few multiple times during to wearing it out (and once because I dropped it in the bath, although that was 20 years ago).

CDs though don't have the same value. They just take up space. I still buy them online as you can often get albums for a pound, but after that I chuck them or add them to my Ziffit pile (after importing them to my iPod).

Aye, that was always a danger back then. Porn has moved on in many ways but it's riskier still to watch it on a Kindle while in the bath.

Not a fan of porn.

Have watched it and used it when needed, but cut it out a while ago.

Think it's creepy, rapey shite mostly.

Check out @mathematics with the badass warlock bass guitar!

@Florentine_Pogen - I've only just upgraded from an Alba, which always screamed, "the bailiffs may take everything, but at least I'll still have my stereo".

@DA Baracus - you're starting to remind me of a lad I went to college with who started talking about I Spit On Your Grave in a discussion about porn. If all you can find is creepy rapey shite, and it isn't what you were looking for, you're doing it wrong. PM for tips.

I'll pass. Don't need porn and don't care for it.
