Granny Danger Posted March 4, 2022 Share Posted March 4, 2022 Our four fixtures before the split are Hearts at home, St Mirren away, Hibs away the the Fun at Tannadice. On our present form I cannot see us making the top six, the games against St Mirren and Hibs will be key. Yet if we can squeak 6th then it relieves the pressure enormously. I think we have enough experience of employing a striker whose main purpose does not appear to be scoring goals, having watched McNulty for 2 years. I would prefer to try and get a big target man in. Either way, I think we should go back to the 4-3-3/4-5-1 that looked better at the start of the season. Harsh on young Graham but I don't like the 3-5-2 with Watt and McNulty. Tam to claim we've been really unlucky to miss out, blame injuries, suspensions and the sale of key players and we'll end up finishing 8th.
