I’m quite happy with my team and it’s success I’m just saying that talbots fans are in the majority in this forum yet most of them don’t seem to be commenting on a post about there club emoji848.pngemoji848.pngemoji848.pngemoji848.png

Do you think if you type that wee emoji multiple times it will lure them in?

If they had to nominate a team for entry to the Scottish Cup then they should have drawn lots between team with most points in the table as it stood and the top team by PPG. The discrepancy in games played is too much to pick one or the other with any certainty or fairness.

Talbot running around scheming in the background is not a good look.

It's not like anyone is getting nominated for the Junior Cup place. The West Region chose to nominate someone to fill the spot. They ultimately decided that the Scottish Cup place being filled was more important than sticking with their null and void verdict across all leagues.

The Scottish Cup entry and money is very valuable for whoever is chosen. IMO it's a dereliction of duty not to give someone the opportunity to access. Pick a name out of a hat from all 63 West teams if you need to.

to be fair, SFA would only accept winners which was why the places dropped if Banks o' Dee won the league, or if anyone did the double.

Auchinleck or the SJFA can still do the right thing and not take the Scottish Cup place...

Talbot would of known anything other than the current standings would favour them. They're not giving it up, not after they campaigned to get it.

A winner had to be called.

A scottish west junior representative had to be selected.

The correct method was used.

All the other no-nonsense is just hot air started by clubs who instigated the west of scotland junior league in the senior pyramid and want a better chance of competing next season by denying atfc a place in the lucrative senior cup.

Self interest pure and simple.

Who'd have thought it in scottish football 😄

Not sure why they should.  There is a logical case for saying they earned it.  There's also a logical case for Kilwinning.  But it's better that someone who half-deserves it gets the reward, than nobody gets the reward at all.
