Heart of Midlothian 2019/20 Relegation Thread

Recommended Posts

Hearts fans still refusing to believe theyve been relegated for being the worst team over the season, instead they are choosing to believe that the SPFL has stuffed gorgie into a big cannon and blown it into space.

"No club should suffer this fate.."

Drama queen bullshit forum for that nonsense. They make it sound like their club wasn't literally playing in that division 5 (6?) years ago.

Its actually unreal. Why should they not have to suffer the fate of relegation because they finished in the relegation zone?

Because of a pandemic? whats that got to do with football finishing position?

Every other team finishing bottom in the past has had to go down.

They wont even lose money, they'll have to adjust their incomes and outgoing to be in line with a championship clubs finances.

Now they actually recieve help in thre form of millions of pounds from some mysterious benefactor. Thats like cheating the other teams out if place money unfairly isnt it?

Overspending money you just shouldnt have to move higher up the league and take other teams place money.

And didnt Budge get hearts for just 2.5 million when they had 26 million pound worth of debt wiped away?

Now thats what i call losing money.

I'd just like to thank the ref for ignoring Obika's handball in the run-up to our goal and denying Hearts' penalty claim.

Contrary to what the arithmetically challenged Hearts fan thought prior to the match a 1-0 victory for Hearts would have left them above us on goals scored but as everyone knows Big Teams always get the decisions!  :angel

Hopefully they get that old boy on yesterdays radio to put their case forward.

Hearts fans pumping in £10k, just to end up with their own "John Brown, where's the deeds" moment, would be peak Scottish football.

Hearts have gone full sevco and you should never go full sevco.

"The Maroon Pound"

"Boycotts"

Nonsensical statements .

If teams like Dundee, Dunfermline and Raith survive (and spectators are allowed into stadia) I think you'll find the number of travelling Hearts fans in attendance will be a fraction of what they were compared to our last championship season.

This is far from nonsensical. It's about survival and it's a no-brainer.

Give our cash to clubs such as those mentioned above or donate the ticket money directly to Hearts?

When that fundraising effort misses it's target does the guy who fired in half a grand get his money back?

A Deefiant type civil war as Hearts fans realise some guy with giants balls has swindled them out of thousands would top this off nicely.
