The SPFL rebuttal suggests Douglas Park made a serious, defamatory allegation, coupled with a threat, hence the four cease and desists. It'll be fun if this hits a courtroom and Old Douglas Park has to explain he was channelling the dregs of FollowFollow.

Just read all 5 pages.

It basically laughs in the face of Rangers amateur dossier.

Reasonable people would walk away now and take whatever - deserved - punishment is handed down for bringing the game into disrepute.

These, however are The Peepul, and we know they dont do walking away................

They want democracy now. I look forward to them abolishing the 11-1 voting system then.

Remember they are doing this for the good of Scottish football... absolutely nothing to do with being bad losers.. remember how gracious they were in 2016...

And 2012. Do you think this'll be like the world cup?

Stop being so unfair. chaps.......The Corinthian Spirit of Sevco is unimpeachable and their altruistic overtures in seeking a more equitable Scottish professional league are to be applauded. Since the birth of this far-sighted institution in 2012, they have been led by a series of world-class businessmen and advisors who.............

That's enough horseshite - Ed.

Div is surely going to have to create a new Pie & Bovril just to house the Banter Years thread.

Incredible stuff from the ***s, who appear to be mentally broken at all levels from supporter to chairman.

That's over 8 years now of no major trophies, hilarious statements, permanently angry bald sevco fans lashing out and general humiliation on and off the pitch. With Celtic about to win 9IAR and almost certainly 10 whenever next season kicks off, the seethe from both the club* and supporters is going to be off the fucking scale. Popcorn stuff.

(* unless they die, which would be a wee shame - again)

Totally agree. It's a very sore one for a lot of clubs;

Old Firm - huge gate receipts lost

Hearts - speak about picking the worst possible season to get relegated

Some teams might get lucky in some ways.

Will the Scottish Cup semis be held off until crowds are allowed? Seems an unfair extra cash boost for Hearts, Hibs, Celtic and Aberdeen?

How will Uefa cope with only starting in September? Could they chuck all the teams in to the group stages? What a boost for Celtic, Rangers, Motherwell and Aberdeen?

Will they can Europe for one season? What a blow for those four teams.

Can we change the format of either of the cups to generate some more income?

The actual business heads at the clubs will be getting everything together.

From an Aberdeen perspective we are bloody lucky we have the Americans in charge now.

The Dutch have already said until there is a vaccine ……… No crowds

How does that fit with European football

Also in Italy where some form of training has resumed 3 players at Fiorentina and 4 at Calgary have already tested +ve

I agree there is a market for it, if it's a choice between no football and a pay on demand (boxing match)football match the fans will need there football fix.
If you got 50k watching at a tenner it's much more than any SKY or BT deal.

Problem is we have a deal with SKY. For the next 4 years

So unless you take out a SKY subscription or we cancel the SKY deal you ain’t getting any

There is a whole bunch of games that SKY don't pay for and the clubs would be happy for the extra dosh.

I think it would be almost certain there would be no away crowds for Uefa in 2020/21.

Will there be home fans or even any matches at all is up for debate?

One thing is for certain Uefa will keep head in sand claiming the tournaments are going ahead for a good good while yet. I wouldn't put it past them to not have played a game by December but still not admit it's off for 2020/21
